Sense these are rehab protocols that are meant to mesh with a program that you are on. In most cases there will not be multiple phases of progression. You goal will be to complete each workout and slowly progress the weight and mobility in the exercises. These protocols should not interfere with your sport or program. If you find these program too hard to complete and are interfering with your sport / program then reduce volume by one set on everything or contact coach Collin for beginner rehab programs.
