How Does Program Progression Work?
Programs slowly scale in difficulty to continuously adapt your body. After completing a program and all its phases, select a new program in the same difficulty level or move on to the next sequence if you feel ready.
Program Rest Days
Within your program, there may be a choice for you to make. Active Rest Day or Weekday Warrior Workout. An active rest day would be defined as going for a low-intensity walk, following a stretching video to aid muscle recovery and soreness, or taking a rest day. For daily stretches visit the Daily Stretches video. Weekday Warrior Workouts is an exciting way to change your style of working out to keep you entertained and adapting to how you feel that day.

How Do I Record My Program Progression?
Be sure to follow the main lift progression scheme within each program in order to progress your strength. Sets under the main lift section should be recorded for your workout. You can record progress weekly by using your personal copy of the Program Progression Log. For this file – Click File in the top left and then click Download for your own copy then Copy and Paste this log into your own file in google sheets to you for yourself.
