Originally gaining inspiration from barbell medicine program ” The Bridge” this program aim to close the gap between hypertrophy based training to aid maximum strength.
Starting Toshiki
5-6 days per week – Toshiki Kadomatsu is a revered Olympic Weightlifter from Japan. This program gained inspiration from his squat program which is 5 days per week & Starting Strength. My aim with this program is to merge barbell strength training to improve the Olympic Lifts.
Dollar Dave
4-5 days per week – This program was designed for the Georgia state record holder Dollar Dave. With his deadlifts in the mid-400s, we now embark on the road to 500 to carve his name in stone in the GA state records.
