Powerpuff Creed

workout 4 days per week – Learn the ancient ways that raised the Powerpuffs into power! The elder scrolls elude to a mix of the barbell, body weight, and specialized machine training. Powerpuffs are strong and have endless endurance to fight the evil underbelly of the world. Optional HIIT cardio on rest days will also be available. Build your puff powers!


Peach-B00TY

workout 4-6 days per week – Build the peach! The glutes are a powerful muscle group that can benefit from developing a big squat! This program focus on developing the legs, improving cardiovascular performance, & maintaining a well rounded upper body.


Barbarian Conditioning

18 sets total per workout 3 days per week – Get conditioned like a barbarian by basic movements and develop cold rolled steel for muscles.


Broken-Bones Program

4 days per week – Rehab your body from broken bones. This program is good for giving your joint break to return to strength training afterward. Focus on restoring proper joint mechanics and common aspects that generally get skipped offer in most traditional strength training.
