Our coaches provide no-nonsense, coaching at an affordable cost. Each of our coaches excels in a particular area of physical training and designs programs based on their expertise across client populations. We provide bodybuilding, powerlifting, general physical preparedness, and Olympic weightlifting programs. Try a session with us and you will not be disappointed. We limit each semi-private time slot to 1-6 people per coach at a time. be coached in Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and general fitness.

Alpha Group
Our group class focuses on cardio conditioning and bodybuilding. Perform low-impact workouts for longevity while strengthing your muscles. Circuit training style. We limit each coach to 8 people with a 16-person cap per class.

Meet The Coaches
Olympic Weightlifting Coach Tony
Tony is a highly experienced coach with over 15 years of coaching experience. Having served over 17 years in the Army National Guard, Tony has helped soldiers and athletes ranging from Army Rangers to retired medical providers and collegiate-level performers to help extend their careers. In his coaching career, Tony has helped clients achieve their weight loss goals, win powerlifting competitions, and turn video game addicts into national-level competitors. Learning from Starting Strength, Team Muscle Driver USA, and Barbell Medicine, Tony is always seeking to improve his Coaching methods and movement in the fitness industry.
Olympic Weightlifting Coach Izzy
Isabelle is a personal training coach who specializes in Olympic Weightlifting. In 2019, She was second in the nation as a junior athlete. While competing she had the opportunity to travel to China and study for two weeks under two retired athletes who were formerly world team members and a handful of elite-level coaches who coach at the Olympic and world levels. Shortly after the trip she went home and took home silver on the clean and jerk lift at the national level. But suffering from patella tendonitis that inhibited her from progressing on to qualify for worlds. Ultimately, that got her into massage therapy where she specializes in sports performance, injury prevention, and rehab. Having the sports background mixed with the massage experience, she can mix the modalities together to enable the quickest and most efficient way to help heal the body.
Bodybuilding Coach Collin
Coach Collin is known for changing his client’s exercise habits by teaching them how to consistently progress in the gym and during rehabilitation. He is a natural bodybuilder and amateur Olympic weightlifter. He has been immersed in the fitness industry for over 10 years studying, coaching, and practicing muscular development techniques. Over time he has developed this website to help clients have access to better coaching. I hope you take aim, set your goal, and get started today! Coach Collin will be your lead instructor featured in many of the exercise tutorials found within programs.
Powerlifting Coach Eric
Eric has established himself as a dedicated competitive powerlifter since 2018, drawing upon a background enriched by involvement in various sports during his formative years. A graduate of the University of North Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, Eric’s professional journey includes roles as a personal trainer and a physical therapist aide during his college years. As an athlete, he aspires to achieve his Pro Card in powerlifting and establish himself as a top-level competitor on a national level. Eric is committed to guiding his clients toward success with the views of himself and his clients as a collaborative team.
